About ListCalc
One site, every calculator — built fast, explained honestly, and private by design.
Why we built this
Most calculator sites make a simple trade: either they're quick but shallow, or thorough but buried under pop-ups, cookie walls and "unlock full results" prompts. We thought the trade was unnecessary. ListCalc pages load instantly, compute as you type, and then do the thing most tools skip — they show the working: the formula, a worked example, and a field-by-field guide, so you learn something while you calculate.
What makes ListCalc different
- Private by architecture, not by promise. Every calculator is plain JavaScript running in your browser. Your salary, weight, loan size — none of it is transmitted, stored or seen by us. There's nothing to leak because nothing leaves your device.
- The working, always. Every result comes with the formula it used and a worked example you can check by hand.
- Free and unregistered. No accounts, no email gates, no premium wall in front of your own results.
- Honest limits. Where a formula breaks down — BMI for athletes, average rates on variable loans — we say so on the page instead of pretending precision we don't have.
What's here today, and what's coming
The site is growing week by week across eight categories: finance, health, math, everyday life, construction, electrical, solar and business — 47 calculators are on the roadmap. The homepage grid shows exactly what's live and what's next; anything marked "soon" is being built and tested.
How it's checked
Every calculator's math is verified against known reference values and hand-worked examples before it goes live — our methodology page explains the process, our sources, and how to report an error. Spotted something off? Please tell us; verified corrections ship fast and are noted on the page.
